The total investment strongly depends upon the version and capacity of the required Betaprocess device. In general, efficiency improvements are such that Betaprocess will pay itself back within 3 years.Sometimes existing production facilities already contain a number of components necessary for Betaprocess, like for example a heat exchanger. In those cases investments will therefore be lower.
In the case of the development of new bio-ethanol production facilities, Betaprocess can realize such savings that the return on investement of the Betaprocess equipment is immediate.
