Betaprocess and the production of bio-gas

Betaprocess has specifically been designed for bio-gas facilities that operate according the fermentation principle. Betaprocess is not suitable for incinerators.

Betaprocess is suitable for processing all types of biomass with moisture contents around 70%, like energy crops and residues from the food chain and food processing industry.

A pre-treatment unit for energy crops with lower moisture content e.g. corn, is available. This pre-treatment increases the water content through soaking in buffer tank and allows for the extracting the same benefits. We provide a custom made pre-treatment unit for your specific substrate composition.

Betaprocess is also suitable for co-fermentation (f.e. manure processing).
