What is Betaprocess?

Betaprocess is a pre-processing unit that easily can be implemented into your existing bio-gas or bio-ethanol production process (fermentation type) or corresponding development plans.

Betaprocess degrades the biomass’s macrostructures in a fraction of a second only. Hereby this part of the hydrolysis phase, which normally takes about 10-15 days, is basically reduced to nil.

Subsequently, the total fermentation proceeds much faster and more efficient, generating considerably higher yields and a strong improvement of the production plants efficiency.

Betaprocess installations are available in various types and different capacities. Betaprocess itself is not a fermenter, but a pre-processing device that is being integrated into your fermentation process.
